  • We engage with smaller audiences to facilitate conversations around what is possible when a place adopts more collaborative approaches and capital designs. This is a great session to begin the conversation around what is possible in your community.

  • We firmly believe it is a disservice to introduce capital, funding and resourcing conversations too late in a collaborative process. It is one of the main reasons collaboration fails. We highly recommend engaging your collaboration as soon as possible with mutual education and facilitated conversations around capital strategies.

Our Work

  • Regional Resilient Economy Fund

    Through our partnership with Blueprint for Impact, we are co-creating The Resilient Futures Co-Lab, a place-based initiative focused on strengthening the foundations of local economies so communities can thrive – socially, ecologically, and economically – to support the realization of resilience outcomes.

    We work by bringing capital, relationships, and long-term support into alignment around real needs on the ground. Our focus is not on one-off projects, but on how clusters of initiatives, working across different layers of a system, can reinforce one another to unlock durable change.

  • Regional, Industry-Based Healthcare

    We consulted on several regional, industry-wide self-funded health insurance initiatives.  The self-funded nature of the initiatives allowed industries to take the health of their workers into their own hands - designing tailored relationships with hospitals and pharmacies, and in some cases opening their own clinics.  

    This approach enabled resources to be directed toward the most impactful care for the community.

  • Industry Workforce Recruitment, Retention, and Training

    We consulted on large-scale, industry-wide apprenticeship and training programs where dozens - and in some cases hundreds - of contractors pooled resources to recruit, retain, and develop their workforce collectively.  

    Shared funding allowed these initiatives to be tailored to regional needs, adapt as conditions changed, and evolve over time - resulting in more efficient, resilient, and impactful outcomes.

  • Regional Young Professional Summit

    To support a region experiencing talent loss, we designed a full-day young professionals summit focused on connection, inspiration, and leadership development.

    Multiple chambers and organizations collaborated on the effort, with funding coming through joint sponsorship and shared investment. The collaborative approach allowed the region to address a shared challenge more holistically than any single organization could on its own.

After living through three different natural disasters that were historically devastating at their time and seeing their impact on my own community, I turned my work towards finding solutions. I became fascinated by how we can lower the number of natural disasters from a planetary perspective - AND - at the same time, create more resilient and sustainable communities. This contemplation is what fuels my work today.

I imagine a world where most people wake up feeling wealthy - safe, resourced, inspired, and deeply connected to the communities, organizations, and planet they belong to. I believe the most powerful solutions to this future are found at the community level.
